SECOND MORTGAGES
Fixed rate second mortgages are very popular among our members. We also save you money with no points and no origination fees. HOME EQUITY LINE
Another way to access the equity in your home is through our Home Equity Line of Credit. No points, no origination fees, and no other fees, which could be considered by regulation a finance charge, keep your costs at a minimum. For convenience, you can access this line over a 5 year period as needed and repay over a total of 15 years from the original loan date. (For an example of repayment terms, click "rates" then " mortgage"). The annual percentage rate is based on the prime rate with a minimum rate of 6.00% APR, and may increase and/or decrease as the prime rate changes. The maximum rate that can be charged is 18.00% APR.
